Privacy Policy
Inner Sanctum
Operated by Pringle AI LLC
Effective date: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pringle AI LLC ("Inner Sanctum," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the Inner Sanctum website, fantasy-football tools, Inner Sanctum SAGE, connected-league features, and integrations such as the Inner Sanctum SAGE integration for ChatGPT.
We design Inner Sanctum to use the information reasonably necessary to provide fantasy-football analysis and connected-league features. Connecting a fantasy league is optional.
1. Information We Collect
Fantasy-football requests
When you use SAGE or other Inner Sanctum fantasy-football tools, we may process information contained in your request, including:
- player names;
- NFL season and week;
- fantasy scoring format;
- league size or roster context;
- position or ranking filters;
- players selected for comparison; and
- other fantasy-football preferences necessary to answer the request.
Connected fantasy-league information
If you choose to connect a supported fantasy league, Inner Sanctum may process a limited fantasy-league snapshot containing information such as:
- fantasy provider;
- league identifier and league name;
- season and league size;
- team identifier and team name;
- scoring format;
- fantasy roster and player information;
- roster positions and lineup requirements;
- league settings needed for fantasy analysis; and
- the time the league information was last synchronized.
This information allows SAGE to provide league-aware features such as lineup recommendations and other analysis based on your actual fantasy roster, scoring system, and league configuration.
Inner Sanctum's connected-league systems are designed to avoid storing fantasy-provider passwords or other credentials in the league snapshot. Authentication credentials, authorization headers, session credentials, and similar secrets are not intentionally included in the fantasy-league snapshot used by SAGE.
Authentication and connection information
When you authorize a connected service or ChatGPT integration, we may process technical identifiers and authorization records necessary to establish, maintain, secure, revoke, and troubleshoot that connection. These may include access tokens, refresh tokens, connection identifiers, authorization state, and server-side references to the authorized fantasy-league snapshot.
Authentication information is used for authorization and security and is not used by SAGE as fantasy-football recommendation data.
Website and technical information
When you use our website or services, our hosting, security, and analytics systems may process technical information such as request timestamps, pages or service endpoints accessed, browser or device information, referring information, IP-derived technical information, error information, and service-performance data.
We may also use privacy-conscious or pseudonymous analytics to understand service usage, reliability, feature adoption, and performance.
Communications
If you contact Inner Sanctum for support, privacy questions, or other communications, we may collect the information you provide, including your contact information and the contents of your message.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide SAGE fantasy-football analysis and recommendations;
- provide player profiles, rankings, comparisons, and draft analysis;
- provide connected-league and roster-aware features;
- authenticate and authorize integrations;
- synchronize authorized fantasy-league information;
- operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot Inner Sanctum;
- measure service reliability and usage;
- prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access;
- respond to support and privacy requests; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Inner Sanctum SAGE for ChatGPT
Inner Sanctum provides SAGE capabilities through a ChatGPT integration. Depending on the feature you request, ChatGPT may send information from your request to Inner Sanctum so that SAGE can generate the requested fantasy-football result.
The current SAGE integration includes public fantasy-analysis tools and optional authenticated connected-league tools.
| Capability | Typical information received | Typical information returned |
|---|---|---|
| Player profile | Player name and relevant season, week, or scoring context. | SAGE player analysis, ranking, projection, recommendation, context, and supporting fantasy information. |
| Player comparison | Selected player names and relevant fantasy context. | Comparative SAGE analysis and fantasy information for the requested players. |
| Weekly rankings | Week, scoring format, position, ranking limit, or similar ranking criteria. | SAGE weekly rankings and supporting fantasy information. |
| Draft outlook | Selected player names and relevant draft, scoring, season, or league-size context. | Draft-oriented SAGE information such as market context, opportunity intelligence, and player context. |
| Linked league | Authorization associated with a fantasy league you previously chose to connect. | Limited league, team, scoring, roster, and synchronization information needed to identify the authorized fantasy context. |
| Lineup recommendation | Authorization for the connected league and relevant season or week. | League-aware lineup analysis based on the authorized roster, scoring format, and lineup requirements. |
Public SAGE analysis does not require you to connect a fantasy league. Connected-league information is used only when you choose to authorize features that require that context.
4. Information Sharing and Recipients
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide Inner Sanctum services. Recipients may include:
OpenAI and ChatGPT
When you use Inner Sanctum SAGE through ChatGPT, information necessary to fulfill your request passes between ChatGPT and Inner Sanctum. Information returned by SAGE is provided to ChatGPT so it can present the result to you.
OpenAI's handling of information within ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's own terms and privacy practices.
Fantasy providers
When you choose to connect or synchronize a supported fantasy service, information may be received from or exchanged with that provider as necessary to perform the connection or synchronization you requested. The provider's own privacy practices also apply to your use of its service.
Hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and security providers
We may use service providers that host or operate portions of Inner Sanctum, store necessary service information, monitor reliability, provide analytics, or protect the service from abuse and security threats. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to perform those services.
Legal and safety disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, protect the rights and security of Inner Sanctum or others, investigate fraud or abuse, or respond to a valid governmental or legal request.
We do not sell connected fantasy-league information to data brokers or advertisers.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to operational, security, legal, and backup requirements.
Connected-league information
A fantasy-league snapshot may be retained while the associated league connection remains active and as needed to provide the connected-league features you requested. The snapshot may be replaced when the league is synchronized with newer information.
When a league connection is revoked or deleted through an available Inner Sanctum control, the active server-side authorization to that league can be revoked and the associated active league snapshot can be removed from active use, subject to limited retention reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup operations.
Authentication information
Authentication and authorization records are retained only as necessary to maintain and secure an authorized connection. Short-lived access credentials expire according to their configured lifetime, and longer-lived authorization credentials may expire, rotate, or be invalidated when the authorization is revoked.
Technical and security records
Hosting, diagnostic, analytics, and security records may be retained according to operational and service-provider retention settings and for periods reasonably necessary to maintain service reliability, investigate errors or abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Support and legal records
Communications and records associated with support, disputes, security, or legal obligations may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request or satisfy the applicable obligation.
6. Your Choices and Controls
Depending on the feature you use, you may have the following choices:
- Do not connect a league. Public SAGE fantasy analysis can be used without connecting a personal fantasy league.
- Choose what league to connect. Where supported, you choose the fantasy league or team that Inner Sanctum is authorized to use.
- Disconnect or revoke a connection. You may disconnect supported linked-league or integration access through available Inner Sanctum, ChatGPT, or provider controls.
- ChatGPT controls. You may disconnect the Inner Sanctum integration from ChatGPT using the controls OpenAI makes available for connected apps and plugins.
- Access, correction, or deletion requests. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that Inner Sanctum maintains about you, subject to applicable law and information we must retain for legitimate legal or security purposes.
Disconnecting ChatGPT from Inner Sanctum prevents future authorized access through that connection but does not control information that OpenAI independently maintains under its own privacy practices.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should also protect access to their fantasy-provider and ChatGPT accounts.
8. Third-Party Services
Inner Sanctum may interoperate with third-party services such as fantasy-league providers and ChatGPT. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy describes Inner Sanctum's handling of information and does not replace the privacy policies of those third parties.
9. Children's Privacy
Inner Sanctum is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that personal information was collected in circumstances requiring parental consent and appropriate consent was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Inner Sanctum changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy at this location. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
11. Contact and Privacy Requests
Inner Sanctum is operated by Pringle AI LLC.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, privacy requests, or requests to access, correct, or delete information may be submitted through the customer-support contact provided on the Inner Sanctum website.
