These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inner Sanctum website, fantasy-football tools, Inner Sanctum SAGE, connected-league features, and integrations provided by Pringle AI LLC ("Inner Sanctum," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using Inner Sanctum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

1. The Inner Sanctum Service

Inner Sanctum provides fantasy-football information, analysis, recommendations, rankings, projections, comparisons, draft intelligence, lineup analysis, and related tools.

Inner Sanctum SAGE may also be available through third-party services, including ChatGPT, and may provide optional features that use information from fantasy leagues you choose to connect.

Features may change, be improved, be discontinued, or become temporarily unavailable as we maintain and develop the service.

2. Fantasy-Football Information and Recommendations

Inner Sanctum provides analytical information and recommendations to assist with fantasy-football decisions. Fantasy sports involve uncertainty, including injuries, coaching decisions, player performance, weather, depth-chart changes, transactions, and other events outside Inner Sanctum's control.

Rankings, projections, recommendations, draft information, lineup suggestions, and other SAGE outputs are estimates and analytical opinions. They do not guarantee any particular fantasy-football result.

You remain responsible for your own fantasy-football decisions, including draft selections, roster changes, lineup decisions, waiver claims, trades, and other actions.

3. Connected Fantasy Leagues

Inner Sanctum may allow you to connect supported fantasy-league services so that SAGE can provide analysis using your authorized league, team, scoring, roster, and lineup context.

Connecting a fantasy league is optional. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to access and authorize the league or team information you connect.

Connected-league features may depend on third-party fantasy providers. Provider outages, API changes, authentication changes, data delays, or other third-party conditions may temporarily limit or prevent these features from operating.

Inner Sanctum's handling of connected-league information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. ChatGPT and Other Third-Party Integrations

Inner Sanctum SAGE may be made available through ChatGPT or other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, policies, and account requirements.

When you request an Inner Sanctum capability through a third-party integration, information necessary to fulfill that request may be exchanged between the third-party platform and Inner Sanctum as described in our Privacy Policy.

Inner Sanctum does not control the availability, operation, or policies of third-party platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Inner Sanctum for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to Inner Sanctum systems, accounts, league connections, data, or infrastructure;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the service or its infrastructure;
• attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls;
• introduce malicious code, automated abuse, or harmful content into the service;
• access another person's connected fantasy-league information without authorization; or
• use the service in a manner that infringes the rights of Pringle AI LLC or others.

6. Accounts, Authorization, and Security

Some features may require authentication or authorization through Inner Sanctum or a third-party service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of accounts and credentials under your control and for promptly revoking connections you no longer want authorized.

We may suspend, restrict, or revoke access when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected services, Inner Sanctum, or third parties from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unauthorized activity.

7. Intellectual Property

Inner Sanctum, Inner Sanctum SAGE, and the associated software, service design, original content, analysis systems, branding, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Pringle AI LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you permission to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Inner Sanctum technology, branding, software, or proprietary analytical systems to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, league information, player information, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Inner Sanctum will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, fantasy provider, or third-party platform.

We may modify, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, product development, legal compliance, provider changes, or other operational reasons.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inner Sanctum is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that fantasy-football data, projections, rankings, recommendations, connected-league information, or other service outputs will always be complete, current, accurate, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pringle AI LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Inner Sanctum.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from fantasy-football decisions, unavailable services, inaccurate or delayed third-party data, provider outages, or reliance on rankings, projections, recommendations, or other analytical outputs.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

Inner Sanctum may use or interoperate with third-party services, including hosting providers, fantasy-league providers, analytics or security services, and platforms such as ChatGPT.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your relationship with those services is governed by their applicable terms and policies.

12. Privacy

Our collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of information are described in the Inner Sanctum Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your use of connected Inner Sanctum features.

13. Termination

You may stop using Inner Sanctum at any time and may disconnect supported integrations using the controls made available by Inner Sanctum or the applicable third-party platform.

We may suspend or terminate access to Inner Sanctum when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security concerns, abuse, or circumstances that make continued operation of the service impractical or unsafe.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Inner Sanctum evolves. When we make changes, we will publish the revised Terms and update the effective date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to you.
